Joerg Ayrle

Since August 2020, Joerg has acted as an independent director chairing remuneration and audit committees. He was formerly the CFO for hospital group IHH Healthcare and prior to that CFO for the Thai Union Group. Joerg serves on two other boards, and he holds an MBA from the University of Augsburg.

Mike Spittal

Mike Spittal holds a B.Comm & LLB degree and he has vast experience in corporate governance. He has served as Chairman and a non-exec board member for various organizations. Previously, Mike was a Board member of Golden Springs, the parent company of Regal Springs.

Geir Molvik
Independent Director

Geir has been an independent director since mid-2021. His earlier aquaculture experience was gained in Norway, Canada, and Australia. After 10 years in several senior roles, he served as CEO of Cermaq group from 2016 until February 2022. Geir has an MSc from Tromso.
