Project: Sports Safety and Community Empowerment Project
Infrastructure
Impact: Provides a safer environment for young athletes and local residents.
Description: At Regal Springs, we believe that waste reduction and community development can go hand in hand. In our latest initiative, we have donated the old nets previously used for lake farming to nearby communities in need of improvements to their local ball courts. By repurposing these materials, we not only contribute to reducing waste but also support the creation of safer, more accessible sports spaces for young people.
This project enhances the local ball court, providing a designated area for youth to engage in sports activities that are free from wildlife interference. Additionally, by eliminating the risk of balls hitting neighbouring homes or falling into dangerous areas, we are creating a safer environment for both players and residents.
Through this initiative, Regal Springs is committed to fostering a healthy, active community while promoting sustainability and safety in the areas where we operate.

Project Title: Enhancing Education through Improved Infrastructure
Education
Impact: 40 students and future classrooms
Description: Access to quality education is deeply influenced by the infrastructure available in schools. Regal Springs is proud to support the community of Plan de Ayala by enhancing the infrastructure of their local high school to better accommodate the growing number of students and improve their learning environment. We have contributed to the construction of additional classrooms, which have been equipped with essential infrastructure such as windows with protection, doors, electricity, and mini-split air conditioning units.
Why This is Important: In Plan de Ayala, many young people face the challenge of continuing their education due to the limited capacity of the only high school in the area. With an increasing student population, it became necessary to build additional classrooms. However, these classrooms lacked the essential infrastructure needed for a conducive learning environment—such as electricity, proper doors and windows, and climate control—which often led to class interruptions due to weather conditions like rain or extreme heat.
By providing the necessary infrastructure, we are ensuring that students and teachers can work in a safe, comfortable, and uninterrupted space. This will not only enhance the overall safety and well-being of the students but will also improve individual and group performance, creating a more effective teaching and learning process within the classroom. Our support in upgrading these facilities will help integrate more young people into education and contribute to their academic success.

Project Title: Enhancing Emergency Response and Community Safety
Health
Impact: 3,278 people will have access to more efficient emergency services
Description: The municipality of Ostuacán is frequently affected by rainy weather, which complicates access to remote communities through curved dirt roads. In emergencies, such as accidents or illnesses, the community often lacks the necessary resources to provide timely medical care. Delayed treatment can significantly worsen the health condition of the injured or, in some cases, lead to fatalities. On average, the municipality experiences 12 accidents with 25 injuries each month, highlighting the urgent need for improved emergency response capabilities.
We helped to provide a fully equipped ambulance with essential medical equipment such as first aid, firefighting equipment and a rigid stretcher.
This project will ensure that individuals in need of medical attention are given proper treatment and transported safely to the nearest hospital, minimizing the risk of complications and improving the chances of survival. This initiative will strengthen emergency response times, safeguard lives, and contribute to the overall health and safety of the community.
