Meet some of our “blue food champions”

Key to our “doing well by doing good” mission are the 5,000 dedicated people whose efforts and commitment ensure our sustainably farmed tilapia consistently meet the highest quality expectations.

Tiany (Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor), Luis (Environmental Health and Safety and Certification Manager), and Angel (Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor) are involved in the entire production chain across our operations in Honduras. They uphold our certifications, care for surrounding environments, and manage our compliance with all national and international regulations.

Patrick, our hatchery manager in Mexico, Brazilian, Ph.D. in aquaculture, recently named one of the “top 10 under 40 years old best and brightest professionals in our global fish and seafood hatchery community” (Hatchery international, 2022), he believes that teaching people how to make fingerlings is the best way to preserve our wild fish stocks and meet the growing global demand for sustainable and healthy protein.

Sri Anawati is the director and driving force behind our state-of-the-art processing plant at Regal Springs Indonesia. For over 25 years, she’s used her expertise in sustainable aquaculture to transform our facility into a beacon of excellence and deliver sustainable tilapia that contributes to a more responsible food ecosystem. Mrs. Anawati’s leadership is marked by a commitment to quality, environmental stewardship, and innovation, making her an inspiring figure in the industry.

Ratna Yudythia, our head of sales and marketing, has an unwavering passion for aquaculture, food, and beverage production. She’s our trusted guide to educating consumers about the benefits of premium tilapia, and her expertise in crafting innovative marketing strategies and building strong customer relationships is unparalleled. Her efforts are helping us deliver top-quality tilapia and share the remarkable journey of sustainable aquaculture with the public.
