Sesame Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients

4 fresh Tilapia Fillets
4 tablespoons white sesame seeds
4 tablespoons black sesame seeds
1/2 cup ponzu sauce
1 tablespoon wasabi paste
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Combine white and black sesame seeds and set aside.
  • Combine ponzu and wasabi and set aside.
  • Season Regal Springs Tilapia fillets with salt on both sides. Dredge in sesame seeds.
  • In a sauté pan, heat oil, add crusted tilapia fillets and cook approximately 4 minutes per side, or to an internal temperature of 145ºF. Remove from pan and serve with prepared wasabi and ponzu sauce.
