1 pound Regal Springs Tilapia Tenders
1-2 tablespoons club soda
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup fish-fry batter mix
- Combine club soda and egg to make the egg wash. This will foam and bubble.
- Dredge each tilapia tender in flour, dip in egg wash and dredge in dry batter mix.
- Pan-fry tilapia sticks in 350ºF oil until golden and crispy and serve.
